What does a Pacific Northwest distributor for Altech labeling systems do?

Peeler bars
The peeler bar is the component that separates the label from the liner, and it is matched to both the head and the label, which makes it a regular wear item.
The catalog runs in three size families across the ALstep label applicator range and the ALritma S and L heads, and within each family there are rigid bars, adaptive bars, spring loaded bars and quick change types. A spring loaded bar is not a general upgrade, it is the specific answer to a product whose height varies from unit to unit. Getting this choice right is frequently the difference between a machine that applies labels and a machine that argues with them.

Unwind units, rewind units and the associated web handling parts. Roll diameter and core size are machine specifications rather than preferences, and a roll your converter can make but your machine cannot take is a common and avoidable failure. Applicators and applicator parts

3. The naming convention you are reading from. This one causes real confusion. The 2026 price list uses ALritma S / L / X S / X M. The factory serial records use ALritma M / MT / M SX / M DX / XS, where SX means left hand and DX means right hand. Both conventions turn up in live paperwork on the same machine. Quote the serial number and we will resolve the naming rather than asking you to.

- The bearings on the driven assemblies
- Whatever consumable your unwind and rewind path uses
